National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP)
Sault Sports Council hosts NCCP Coaches Clinics throughout the year based on demand from our sports and recreation groups. The most popular courses are Level One and Level Two Certification Courses, now with a new look and new names - Introduction to Competition Part A and Part B. Level Three Coaches Clinics are also offered by SSC, again based on demand from our membership.

NCCP Learning Facilitator Training
Interested in becoming an NCCP Instructor?
Sault Ste. Marie has been identified as an area to recruit and train a couple of new LF's. This could potentially lower the cost of offering NCCP courses in SSM with the elimination of travel expenses currently paid to out-of-town Instructors.
Volunteer Workshops
Sault Sports Council coordinates a variety of workshops, training and education sessions for the local sports and fitness community.
